Sant Martí
El Parc i la Llacuna del Poblenou
If you live here, you can roll out of Razzmatazz and be home in ten minutes, which is either the best or the worst thing about the address.
The western 22@ grid, with Torre Glòries, UPF's Roc Boronat campus and Razzmatazz on Almogàvers all inside it. Among 20 to 34 year olds the foreign share is 55.5 percent, the highest in Sant Martí; overall it is 31 percent. The Glòries interchange, L1 plus three tram lines, opened in November 2024.
UPF Poblenou's own neighbourhood, inside the 22@ core. The most internationally mixed part of Sant Martí and the least comfortable of it at night on the official measures.
