If you live here, you live on top of one of the best transport nodes in the city and next door to the building site that is making it.
An old industrial-working neighbourhood, once home to Hispano-Suiza and the metal trades, now a dense grid pressed against Avinguda Meridiana and the rail corridor. It has less of Sant Andreu's village character and is defined right now by the Barcelona-Sagrera station works: the infrastructure finishes at the end of 2026, passengers are not expected before 2032, and the linear park is not due until around 2035.
Cheap, and superbly connected for the money. It is also wedged against Spain's largest construction site, and will be for another decade.
