Pedralbes

If you live here, you live among gardens and villas within walking distance of four campuses, and find there is almost nothing to rent.

Wealthy, quiet and car-oriented, with French-speaking families around the Lycée, the Monestir de Pedralbes and the Palau Reial gardens. The campus corner near Palau Reial puts UB Diagonal, UPC Nord, IESE and Esade-Pedralbes within a five to seventeen minute walk. The rest empties after dark, in a safe rather than a menacing way.

Barcelona's most residential neighbourhood: villas, gardens and campus edges. Students are here in residences and colegios mayores, almost never in a shared flat.
