Provençals del Poblenou
If you live here, you walk to TBS in five minutes and discover the office grid around you empties out completely at six.
Remaining industrial plots, new office and residence blocks, and 1970s housing along Pere IV, Perú and Selva de Mar. TBS Education Barcelona opened here in 2022 with more than 600 students from over 60 nationalities, next to the Aparto Cristóbal de Moura and TSH Poblenou residences. Despite that, the EU nationality share is below the city average, so the neighbourhood itself is not especially international. The Rambla del Poblenou is a ten to fifteen minute walk.
TBS Education's own neighbourhood on the eastern 22@ edge. Cheaper than the Poblenou core with much the same access, and the emptiest streets in the area after dark.
